You guys are always asking me about my favorite products and whether or not the things you find in the grocery store are #HealthyWithNediApproved. Here are the products that I’m loving right now. They can all be ordered online from Amazon and most can be found at your local Whole Foods.
Raw Rev Dark Chocolate Protein Bars These protein bars are not only delicious, but also super nutritious! I usually stay away from protein bars, but you can always find one of these vegan bars in my handbag. They are perfect for a mid-day snack and super filling. Each bar provides you with 11 grams of protein, 13 grams of fiber, and only 6 grams of net carbs. They are also low in sugar and contain superfoods like chia, flax and coconut oil.
Better than Rice This “rice” has only 15 calories per serving making it a figure-friendly substitute for white or brown rice. It is made with Konjac flour, which is very filling and I bet you will feel fully satisfied. The best part? – each serving is 4 grams of carbs and 4 grams of fiber, making the net carbs ZERO! I am sure you guys will love it just as much as I do.
Fiber Gold Syrup This syrup tastes just like maple syrup only without all the sugar! Each serving (2 tablespoons) contains only 70 calories, 28 grams of fiber and just 3 grams of net carbs! I am absolutely obsessed and love topping my pancakes and yogurt bowls with it.
Julian Bakery ProGranola This granola is so yummy AND is high in protein, low net carb and gluten-free. My absolute favorite granola!! I used to completely stay away from any kind of granola because usually they are really high in sugar and carbs. I was so happy when I discovered Julian Bakery and am no longer afraid to add it into my diet. This granola is grain free and a great source of fiber. It contains 12 grams of protein, 12 grams of fiber and only 2 grams of net carbs so you can enjoy it without worrying too much about your sugar levels spiking up.
Poop Like a Champion Cereal – A lot of you have been asking me about a good gluten-free cereal that is also high in fiber and there are not that many options out there on the market. This one may have a funny name, but it sure does work like a charm by keeping things moving smoothly. Each serving provides you with 16 grams of fiber and 9 net carbs. Enjoy!
