This is one of the most requested questions I get – “ What food do you bring with you when you fly?” As a frequent traveler, I am happy to say that I have become a pro at packing my own food for the plane. Whether you are on a short or long, economy or business flight, chances are the food will not be that tasty. I have tried the food on many airlines and have been disappointed, not only by the taste of the food, but by the quality too. Most meals provided by the airlines are packed with artificial ingredients, chemicals and too much sodium which can easily make you feel bloated, gassy and uncomfortable. So, to avoid feeling crappy when you get off a plane, I have resorted to packing my own food. Eating healthfully is just one of many things I do to maintain my glow while traveling.
