It seems like everyday I find new #HealthyWithNedi approved products that I just simply love online and in the grocery store. Here are 5 products I was loving in March.
Inner Eco Fresh Young Coconut – This is 100% fresh coconut meat (nothing else!) and it tastes SO SO GOOD! I love adding it to my smoothies, it makes them extra creamy without having to use dairy, which can be inflammatory for some people. Coconut meat is a great source of dietary fiber and healthy fats. This fresh young coconut meat can be found in the freezer section of Whole Foods or most health food stores.
Palmini – I cannot begin to tell you how OBSESSED I am with these heart of palm linguini. Yes, it is a pasta made from hearts of palm that looks and TASTES like pasta. It is very low in calories (15-20 cal per serving), low in carb (4 grams), and contains 2 grams of fiber which lowers the net carbs to 2 grams. One of the biggest advantages is about this product is that it is already cooked so it is perfect for those of you who don’t have much time to cook during the week.
Woodstock Foods Almond Butter – I love nut butters and this almond butter is made purely from organic almonds. It is a perfect addition for smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, and toasts. I personally can eat it straight from the jar! It is that good!
Jilz Crackers – These are by far the best gluten-free crackers I’ve tried lately. They are made with the best ingredients (nothing we can’t pronounce) and are super flavorful. The nutritional value is great also (10 crackers are just 5 grams net carbs and 3 grams of protein).
Ripple Dairy-Free Milk – This dairy-free milk is my absolute go-to ATM! It has a super clean tastes and smooth texture that blends into all of my favorite recipes. BEST PART? It’s packed with nutrition — 8g of protein per serving, 50% more calcium than 2% dairy milk, more Vitamin D and Iron, and it is naturally sugar-free.
