Naturally sweetened with banana, this detox smoothie has superfoods like spinach, hemp hearts and anti-inflammatory ginger. I have added Zen Basil seeds to replace chia seeds as they have nearly two times more fiber, potassium, calcium, and iron. This smoothie is so delicious and packed with a ton of health benefits. - 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp zen basil seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 inch ginger
Instructions
- STEP 1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
