I love to start my day with a green juice. These juices give me energy, fill my body up with vitamins and they help to keep my skin hydrated and glowing. I started incorporating a daily juice after I worked with Dr. Fong – she helped me clear my body of toxins while we were working on getting rid of the facial hives I was getting. The juice doesn’t replace a meal but simply jump starts my day. I know the fiber is lost by juicing the fruits and vegetables but this juice is not a meal replacement so if you want to have breakfast or a smoothie after the juice, you won’t be too full. I recently made a green soup and used the leftover pulp from the juice to thicken the soup. It can be stored in freezer and later on added to soups/stews to thicken them, plus that way you aren’t wasting so much produce. This Breville juicer is incredible. I was searching for something that is small enough so I can keep it on my kitchen counter and this model is exactly what I was looking for. It is powerful, beautiful and such a great price!
