This is by far one of my favorite holidays. I love gathering together with family and friends, cooking healthy delicious meals all day, and giving thanks. Many people stress out about this wonderful holiday because they typically end up over eating, which leads them to feel tired, bloated and sluggish. Most families like to serve tons of mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and several different pies for dessert. Well, if you know me well enough, you know there won’t be any of that on my dinner table. In this blog post, you can see what my family’s dinner looks like and show you how easy it is to substitute all of these heavy-carb loaded with fat and sugar meals. Sharing a healthy meal with loved ones will make you more relaxed and your body will stay leaner through the holidays!
