Broccolini is similar to broccoli but it has longer stems and smaller florets. They are super tasty and quite tender. I personally love to eat them with this simple garlic-olive oil-lemon dressing that I learned from my grandma. She loves broccoli and makes this side dish at least once a week. Broccolini is a great source of vitamin A, C, K, calcium, iron, fiber and protein. Vitamins A and C are key anti-ageing vitamins that help fight off inflammation and keep the immune system strong. Broccolini also contains an enzyme that supports liver detoxification and promotes hormonal balance. I like to pair this dish with my Asian Style Salmon. It is a delicious combo, hope you enjoy! xx
